Stephanie M. Lee is a science reporter at BuzzFeed News. Based in San Francisco, she writes about misconduct and ethical issues in health, science, food, medicine, and technology. Her reporting on reproducibility problems at Cornell University’s Food and Brand Lab has been recognized by the American Psychological Association. Before joining BuzzFeed News in 2015, she covered biotechnology and health for The San Francisco Chronicle. She has a BA in comparative literature from the University of California at Berkeley.
